Common Carrier Delivery

Altastone Industries contracts delivery services through common carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

Amazon LTL

• Carton labels must be submitted prior to the fulfillment of your order. The format must be Thermal Printing – 1 label per page.
• Once an order is labeled and shrink-wrapped, we will provide dimensions and weight.
• The customer sends pallet labels and BOL
• To cover the cost of purchasing pallets, a $5 fee will be added to your cost.

Amazon SPD

• We try to consolidate your order into larger cartons
• Cartons will not exceed 25 inches on any side and will not exceed 49 lbs.
• To cover the cost of cartons, $3.50 will be applied.
• When the order is complete, we will provide dimensions and weight. Then you will send us the box labels (format: Thermal Printing – 1 label per page).
